Flashback to February 2012 … when I was bathing and blow drying Lucky into a fluffy dandelion weekly … Hehe, at some point we’ll do a Flashback to March 2012 when I gave him a lion cut …
Side note: The staining around his eyes and mouth is MUCH BETTER now. Our vet prescribed a pinch of tylan powder a day and it really helped clear this up. Much more effective than Angel Eyes and much cheaper although I think it’s basically the same thing. Highly recommend talking to your vet about it if tear staining is a problem for you. I see they sell tylan powder online but I think it would be better to consult with your vet and see what they say.
Side side side note: Lucky needs a Sad Keanu to ride on his back. link to sad keanu on a kitten original O.G. gangster I’m not sure if this link is the original spot for this picture #thuglife #holdontightsadkeau #weeeeee – I don’t think i’m using hashtags right #nottaughtinmyhighschoolenglishclass #imustbeold
Maybe after his haircut we’ll submit a photo of Lucky! He is looking a little “poodley” lately. The other kind of “poodley.” I looked it up on Urban Dictionary and apparently it means none too attractive. So yes, I picked a website name that basically mean Ugly x Ugly Mix. Whoopsies!
Daisy cracks me up … I say “go pee-pee” and she hops onto a stump and looks at me for a treat … clearly she is *stumped* with what I was asking … oh Daisy, you and your shenanigans and your stumpy little tail! Such a funny bunny!
Everybody got something stinky from the The Urban Pet on Sunday! Stella got her catnip toy and each of our pups got a bully stick! Yeah!
Here is Lucky using the Force to take the bully stick from me … “Gimmie my Chew Bacca!”
And because there’s no such thing as too many puns … Here is Daisy looking at her treat thinking, “I’m gonna eat chew!” You go Daisy! “May the Force be with chew!” Bahahahahahahaha!
Mini Review: Small sized bully sticks were $2.49 each from our local pet store, The Urban Pet. Slightly stinky but not terribly. Dogs like them but didn’t seem to love them like some other chewies they’ve tried. Also, Daisy didn’t throw any up which she sometimes does with regular rawhide because she’s not a slow chewer/ licker like Lucky. For the price, not terribly expensive compared to some of the other chewies–the bigger ones were more expensive. But I think the Purina Busy Bone Chewnolas and Rollhides are a better value, especially if you can pick them up on sale and with coupons.
Picked her up this Barn Yarn knit catnip Winnie the Pooh cat toy today at The Urban Pet and Stella *LOVES* it!
Stella *LOVES* Pooh! Hahaha!
Picture below makes me laugh! “Gross! It taste like Pooh!”
Seriously though once Stella saw what I had, I couldn’t even take a picture of her Winnie the Pooh cat toy without her jumping in to grab it! The black blur on the side is Stella going in for the kill!
Mini Review: These Barn Yarn knit catnip toys are Stella’s favorite type of catnip toys by far! Only down side is that I’ve noticed that sometime the catnip will slip through the knitted fabric. Not such a big deal but annoying when she takes it onto my white chair–which off course is more off-white with a patina due to all of her cat fur. Also, again, these are not Daisy proof. In fact, the catnip smell seems to attract Daisy so better make sure to put this away after Stella has had her catnip high. They were $2.99 each at our local pet store.
